2. Login into the Find My Mobile website using Samsung account that connected to your phone.

3. On the right side, you will see some features of the website, choose "Unlock"

4. There will be a new window poppin up on your screen. Now, click "Unlock" again.

5. You will be asked to insert your Samsung account password. After that, automatically, your phone will be now unlocked and you can access your phone again.
